These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Bubble Bites Technologies LLC, an Egyptian limited liability company operating the BUBLBITES service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using BUBLBITES.
1. Who We Are
Bubble Bites Technologies LLC ("Bubble Bites Technologies", "BUBLBITES", "we", "us" or "our") is an Egyptian limited liability company registered under Commercial Registration No. 303052.

2. The BUBLBITES Service
BUBLBITES is a food-discovery and social-content platform. It allows users to create and view food posts ("Bites"), use emoji-based discovery tools ("Bubbles"), rate food experiences, identify dishes and restaurants, save content, follow users, interact with posts and participate in Bite Battle voting.
BUBLBITES is not a restaurant, food seller, delivery provider, nutritionist or food-safety authority. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not prepare, sell, deliver or control food or restaurant services.
Restaurant subscriptions, sponsored placements and business services purchased through the BUBLBITES website are governed by a separate Restaurant Services Agreement. They are not consumer in-app purchases under these Terms.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, selecting "I agree", accessing or using BUBLBITES, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are a parent or legal guardian consenting for a user under 18, you confirm that you have authority to give that consent, have reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and agree to supervise the minor's use of BUBLBITES.
These Terms do not remove any mandatory rights granted to you under Egyptian consumer-protection or other applicable law.
4. Age and Guardian Consent
BUBLBITES is available only to people aged 13 or older. It is not intended for children under 13, and a person under 13 must not create or use an account.
Users aged 13 or 14 may create an account only after BUBLBITES receives verified, explicit electronic consent from their parent or legal guardian through the guardian-consent process presented during registration.
Users aged 15 to 17 must use BUBLBITES with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. BUBLBITES may require the user or guardian to complete the applicable consent and verification process before activating or continuing the account.
We may request age or guardian-verification information, restrict features, suspend an account or delete information where required to protect a minor or comply with law. Providing a false age or false guardian information is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Accounts and Account Security
You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for another person without authority, sell or transfer your account, or maintain accounts to manipulate votes, ratings, followers or engagement.
You are responsible for protecting your password and authentication credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify support@bublbites.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Usernames must not infringe another person's rights, mislead users about identity or affiliation, contain prohibited content, or falsely suggest that an account belongs to BUBLBITES, a restaurant, a public figure or another organization.
6. Public Profiles and Content
Your username, profile image, biography, follower and following relationships, Bites, ratings, emojis, dish and restaurant tags, comments, likes, Bite Battle participation and other social activity may be visible to other users.
Do not publish personal information that you do not want to be public. Do not post another person's personal information, image or private communications without a lawful basis and any permission required by law.
Location obtained from your device is not displayed publicly as precise coordinates. A restaurant or area that you intentionally tag or select in a post may be public.
7. Your Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of photographs, text, ratings and other original content that you submit to BUBLBITES ("User Content").
You grant Bubble Bites Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, distribute, communicate, display and promote your User Content solely for:
operating, securing and improving BUBLBITES;
displaying your content to users in the App and on BUBLBITES services;
including eligible content in discovery, search, Bite Battle or promoted placements;
marketing BUBLBITES through our own channels, with reasonable attribution where practicable; and
fulfilling legal, safety, backup and enforcement obligations.
This licence continues while your content is available through BUBLBITES. It ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited copies retained in backups, legal records, safety evidence or content that another user has independently shared outside our control.
A restaurant may pay BUBLBITES to boost an eligible user post inside BUBLBITES. A boost does not transfer your ownership to the restaurant. A restaurant may not reuse your content outside BUBLBITES merely because it sponsored or was tagged in the post; separate permission from you is required.
8. Your Content Promises
You may submit User Content only if:
you created it or have all permissions required to use and license it;
it reflects a genuine experience or honest opinion;
it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights;
it does not contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive or prohibited material; and
any material relationship, free meal, discount, gift or payment connected with the content is clearly disclosed.
You remain responsible for your User Content and any consequences of publishing it.
9. Community Standards
You must not post, promote, request or facilitate content or conduct involving:
sexual or pornographic material, sexual exploitation, grooming or sexualization of minors;
violence, threats, terrorism, self-harm encouragement or dangerous conduct;
hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying or humiliation;
defamation, knowingly false accusations, fabricated reviews or misleading ratings;
illegal goods, controlled substances or instructions for unlawful activity;
scams, malware, phishing, fraud or deceptive commercial practices;
another person's private information, identity documents or precise location;
copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement;
graphic bodily injury, cruelty or content primarily intended to shock;
spam, repetitive solicitation or unauthorized advertising;
fake engagement, purchased likes, coordinated vote manipulation, bots, scripts or multiple-account abuse;
extortion or threats to post a negative rating unless a restaurant provides money, food or another benefit; or
content unrelated to the purpose of the service or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Reviews and ratings must describe a genuine food experience. Disagreement with a rating is not by itself grounds for removal, but dishonest, abusive or rights-infringing content may be removed.
10. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
BUBLBITES provides tools to report content or users and to block users. You should use those tools when appropriate and may also contact support@bublbites.com.
We may review reports and use automated or human measures to detect violations. We may refuse, filter, label, reduce distribution of, remove or preserve content; restrict interactions; disqualify manipulated votes; warn users; suspend or terminate accounts; and notify competent authorities where reasonably necessary.
We aim to respond proportionately, but we are not required to host any particular content. Serious risks involving minors, credible threats, sexual exploitation or imminent harm may be escalated urgently.
You may ask us to review a moderation decision by contacting legal@bublbites.com with your account details and a concise explanation.
11. Bite Battle
Bite Battle is a food-discovery and voting feature through which users compare eligible food posts. It is not a lottery, gambling service, prize competition or promise of financial or commercial benefit. No prize is awarded merely for entering, voting or winning a Bite Battle.
Pairings, eligibility, voting periods, ranking methods and presentation may be selected or adjusted by BUBLBITES to improve quality, fairness, safety or relevance.
You must not manipulate Bite Battle through bots, duplicate accounts, coordinated inauthentic voting, payments, exchanges of value, technical interference or other unfair methods. We may disregard votes or remove posts where manipulation is suspected.
Bite Battle results reflect platform activity and user preferences; they are not scientific findings, professional restaurant rankings or guarantees of food quality.
12. Ratings, Restaurants and Food Information
Restaurant pages, dish names, menus, opening times, locations, prices, ratings and other information may be provided by users, restaurants or public sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A tag or profile does not by itself mean that a restaurant sponsors, endorses or controls BUBLBITES.
Users should verify prices, availability, ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability and food-safety information directly with the restaurant. BUBLBITES does not guarantee that a dish is safe, allergen-free, halal, vegetarian, vegan or suitable for any medical or dietary need.
Restaurants remain responsible for their food, premises, staff, advertising, legal compliance and customer service.
13. Promoted User Content
Participating restaurants may purchase visibility services from BUBLBITES. We may boost eligible User Content that refers to those restaurants and may give participating restaurants enhanced placement, badges or discovery features.
Paid or sponsored placement will be identified in a reasonably clear manner. Payment affects visibility, not the user's original rating, and does not entitle a restaurant to edit a user's genuine opinion.
BUBLBITES does not currently use an external behavioral advertising network in the App. If that changes, we will update the Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.
Promoted content shown to users under 18 will not be selected using behavioral profiles of those users.
14. Acceptable Use of the Service
You must not:
access or use BUBLBITES in violation of law;
copy, scrape, harvest or index the service except through an interface we provide or with written permission;
reverse engineer, bypass security, test vulnerabilities without authorization or interfere with operation;
access another person's account or collect user information without authorization;
use automated systems to create accounts, post, follow, like, vote or otherwise interact;
submit malicious code or overload the service;
use BUBLBITES data to build a competing database, train a model or profile users without written permission; or
misuse reporting, intellectual-property or complaint procedures.
15. BUBLBITES Intellectual Property
The BUBLBITES name, logos, interface, software, databases, design, features, documentation and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Bubble Bites Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purposes. No other rights are granted.
16. Intellectual-Property Complaints
To report alleged infringement, email legal@bublbites.com and provide:
your identity and contact details;
identification of the protected work or right;
the URL, post identifier or sufficient description of the disputed material;
the reason you believe the use is unauthorized;
evidence of ownership or authority; and
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and submitted in good faith.
We may remove or restrict disputed material while reviewing a notice. Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose the sender to liability.
17. Privacy and Permissions
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. Device permissions, including photos, camera, notifications and location, are requested only when relevant to a feature. You can manage permissions through your device, but some features may not work without the necessary permission.
Adult users may choose whether to provide device location and may use manual location selection where available. BUBLBITES does not request precise device location from users identified as under 18.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
BUBLBITES may depend on third-party infrastructure or contain links to restaurant websites, maps, delivery services, app stores, payment services or other third parties. Their products, availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
19. Changes and Availability
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; conduct tests; correct errors; or modify how content is ranked or displayed. We do not guarantee that BUBLBITES will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may provide beta or experimental features. Such features may change or be withdrawn and may be subject to additional notices.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using BUBLBITES at any time and may delete your account through the in-app Settings.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, infringed rights, manipulated the service, failed an age or guardian-consent requirement, or where suspension is necessary to protect BUBLBITES or others.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. We may act without prior notice in urgent, serious or legally required circumstances.
Account deletion is subject to the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licence limitations, legal responsibility, dispute provisions and retained legal records, will survive.
21. Disclaimers
BUBLBITES is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy of User Content, restaurant information, Bite Battle outcomes or suitability of food for a particular person.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubble Bites Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, User Content, restaurant conduct or third-party services where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable or was not caused by our breach.
Our responsibility is not limited where limitation would violate mandatory Egyptian consumer-protection or other applicable law.
You are responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful User Content, infringement of another person's rights, fraud or deliberate misuse of BUBLBITES, to the extent permitted by law. A parent or guardian accepting these Terms for a minor is responsible for supervising the minor's use as required by law.
23. Notices and Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, technical or service changes. We will publish the updated version and revise the effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice and request renewed consent where required.
Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to a material update, you may stop using BUBLBITES and delete your account.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Please contact legal@bublbites.com first so that we can attempt to resolve a dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim before another competent authority or court.
Nothing prevents you from submitting a complaint to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or another competent regulator.
25. General Terms
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of business or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and continued protection of your rights.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms presented to you form the agreement governing your consumer use of BUBLBITES.
